ABSTRACT

The process of publishing printed books require initial capital investment from publishers, which limits the number of new book titles published in Indonesia. Additionally, publishers lack the funds to publish new titles due to the decline in book sales caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to solve funding issues towards book publishing, which is allocated towards printing physical copies. A business analysis was conducted to analyze the feasibility of the business model of the proposed solution and the unique value proposition that is offered to the market. A prototype is also developed as a proof of concept to demonstrate how the proposed solution would take form. The prototype was demonstrated to interviewees to gain feedback for evaluation, which concludes that the proposed solution has promising value to be used by Indonesian publishers. © 2022 ACM.

ABSTRACT

Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs) are a type of business that has an important role increase in Gross Domestic Income (GDP) as well as backbone of economy in Indonesia. The decline in turnover, aspects of production, trade and labor are impact of Covid-19 pandemic. The method used integration of Balanced Score Card (BSC), FANP and FTOPSIS. BSC used determine measurement of SMEs indicators, FANP used determine weight of each indicator and FTOPSIS for ranking and mapping SMEs. The purpose research is to mapping of SMEs Batik with integration fuzzy ANP dan TOPSIS methods. The contribution of research is use BSC indicator, namely use of market places, and online product marketing, implementation of health protocols and Covid-19. Based on smallest Consistency Ratio (CR), the mapping results show that 52% of batik SMEs enter repair industry level, 23% of SMEs are at developing industry level, and 15% at advanced industrial level. Research contributes to cooperatives and SMEs players in recommending improvements to performance of SMEs based on Fuzzy with relevant indicators during Covid-19 pandemic. © 2022 IEEE.

ABSTRACT

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the domestic and global economic sectors to experience turmoil. The impact of the pandemic has been most pronounced in the Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs) sector. Most SMEs experienced a decline in sales turnover, difficulties in obtaining financing/credit, problems in the distribution of goods, and difficulties in obtaining raw materials. The purpose of this research is to determine the selection of Decision Support System (DSS) SMEs Batik Madura Indonesian, in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic based on influential indicators. The method used is interval value fuzzy type-2 Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) based on Group Decision Support System (GDSS). The method for processing expert data is interval value fuzzy type-2 Geometric Mean Aggregation (GMA). The research findings are the most influential indicator weights in the selection are a variety of batik motifs and online market places. The contribution of the research is to develop the fuzzy interval type-2 method to support SMEs selection decisions by modifying the midpoint on triangular Fuzzy Number interval based on GRUP (GDSS). Based on expert data, the comparison of accuracy between fuzzy type-2 with one point, and two points, the highest accuracy result is using fuzzy type-2 with two points. © 2021 IEEE.

ABSTRACT

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the development of the marine economy, especially the salt business of Madurese Indonesian people, to experience a decline. Some government programs are marketplace training, providing people's credit assistance, providing appropriate technical assistance such as geomembranes, and online marketing. There are difficulties in running and implementing government programs, so a decision-making system is needed for mapping salt farmers. The purpose is construct a multi-criteria group decision-making model by performing a hybrid interval type 2 FAHP and FTOPSIS method for mapping salt farmers with interval Triangular Fuzzy Number (TFN). The contribution is to determine recommendations based on TFN with the same middle point and group support system. Interval type-2 FAHP is used to determine the most influential indicator on salt farmer mapping, Interval type-2 TOPSIS is used to determine salt farmer recommendations. Fuzzy type-2 provides more accurate modeling, better rating value performance, and high flexibility. The findings of this study are indicators that most influence recommendation of salt farmers are marketing models, production yields, and profit. The results of the recommendations stated that 45% received good recommendations, 35% entered into moderate recommendations and 20 % entered into bad recommendations. © 2021 the author(s).
